Orders will start processing once you place your order and receive a confirmation email. All packages are shipped via USPS with tracking. Wigs and wig related services require signature confirmation.

Please allow up to 5 BUSINESS days for processing products and accessories, and up to 14 BUSINESS days for custom units or wig services. Note that processing time does not cover shipping transit time.

A picture confirmation will be sent before shipping all wigs/wig related services. Business days are Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, excluding holidays.

For expedited orders, contact her_crown@outlook.com before placing the order to check if your delivery date can be met; additional fees apply.

Make sure your address is accurate when placing an order; we are not liable for incorrect information. You will bear shipping costs for reshipping returned packages.

· Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays, losses, or theft. Contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777 or your local post office for lost or stolen packages. We will try our best to support you through the process.

Returns and Refunds
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please read the product details carefully before placing your order, as we do not offer returns or exchanges.

Refunds are not issued due to the nature of our products and services. Exchanges are permitted ONLY if you receive an incorrect or damaged order. Should an issue arise with your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for resolution attempts.

Wigs/Wig Services: We are not liable for any alterations made to the hair after receipt, including bleaching, cutting, restyling, or other modifications. Ensure your measurements are precise.

Digital & Custom Products: No refunds or exchanges are provided for digital products.

Crown Essentials: A replacement will be provided for orders damaged in transit.
Order Cancellations: Cancellations are accepted only within 12 hours of the purchase date and time, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
